Don't forget to tag your blog entries!
All posts should be tagged with G324 and Music Videos and then, depending on focus, tags such as Music Video Research/Digipak Research/Poster Research etc should be used. Refer back to the G324 booklet for guidance on creating blogs.
We should be getting into the habit of blogging at least once a week. Posts should cover, general research/learning, your music video analysis, analysis of existing examples of the media (e.g. digipaks, posters and websites), updates on your planning process and links to relevant sites/resources.
Throughout the holidays I will be looking at your blogs and commenting on the posts to give you specific feedback in relation to marking criteria and coursework expectations.

Worth a Look
These guys offer links to a wealth of Media Stuff as well as offering some excellent opportunities for Media Students. Definitely worth a look and possibly a bookmark for future reference (especially their summer film schools...).

Bob Dylan - Subterranean Homesick Blues
Ridiculously simple video to film with regards to props and location. Not so easy with regards to timing but if you get it right it looks extremely effective.

Although you don't need to look at the videos again, I have included the playlists (above) for the two artists we looked at. I have added a couple more videos so, if you wanted to, you could use either of these artists as part of your case study.
I'm also in the process of putting together a couple of other playlists so keep an eye out for those!
